    It’s a familiar scenario, right? We’ve all fallen into the comparison trap, especially in spaces like the gym where everyone seems to be on their own fitness journey. But here’s the thing: that person next to you doesn’t have the power to dictate your worth. Comparing yourself to others at the gym does nothing but undermine your progress.
