Reishi Cappuccino
This is the perfect remedy for the dreaded mid- afternoon slump. We call upon Reishi in this concoction for its wealth of healing properties including its ability to centre, enhance productivity, and reduce stress. Chaga brings a boost of clean natural energy. We have paired our dynamic mushroom duo with cacoa, coconut oil and almond milk to make a smooth-centred and energising beverage to help you finish your day
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1⁄2 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon Reishi
- 1⁄2 tsp Chaga
- 1 tablespoon cacoa
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 teaspoon maple syrup or 3 drops of liquid stevia
DIRECTIONS
In a small saucepan gently heat the almond milk over a medium heat. Add the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend for 20 seconds. If you do not have a blender combine ingredients with a milk frother or whisk. Pour into your favourite vessel and enjoy.
