Simply Chaga Tea
Our motto is simply “mushrooms everywhere”. To make that point, this is our take on a traditional ice tea. Make a large pitcher of the stuff, put it in the fridge and drink it at every opportunity. Sweeten if you like, enjoy with a slice of lemon and always over ice.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups filtered water
- 2 tablespoons Chaga
- Slice of lemon
- Stevia optional
DIRECTIONS
Heat the water in a saucepan over medium heat until almost boiling.
Whisk in the Chaga.
Steep for 15 minutes.
Strain through a nut milk bag or fine mesh strainer.
Refrigerate.
Best enjoyed within 3 - 5 days.
