Remove one patch at a time from the backing paper

Apply the calm patches to temples, behind the ears or wherever you seek relief. For headaches, it can also be effective to apply a patch one inch above the space between the big and second toe on top of the foot

After applying, massage the patch for a minute or two with your fingers to further release the herbs
