Lay over your studio mat for an extra layer of hygiene protection or simply use alone. Lie flat on the ground and you’re good to go.

It’s recommended that you wipe your mat with a soft damp cloth and dish soap that is heavily diluted with plenty of water as and when needed.

To store, roll up with the top smooth layer facing outwards. Store your mat in a cool, dry place when not in use and away from direct sunlight to prevent fading and away from sharp objects.
