This deep sleep-inducing blend of 22 essential oils in a carrier oil of coconut oil is specifically designed to help promote a long and restful sleep. The unique essential oil blend features German chamomile essential oil, known for its deeply calming properties. German chamomile is rich in a specific phytochemical (a plant derived compound) that works to relax the body and aid not only falling asleep but staying asleep. It’s best to use this product 30mins before bed to help wind down and relax the body. You can use this oil either on the skin (2 drops on key sensory points), in a diffuser (1 full pipette) or our personal favourite, 3-5 full pipettes into a warm relaxing bath.
