There are various benefits to using a yoga strap however generally, it’s ideal to help increase flexibility and to deepen and aid stretches. It’s a simple piece of kit that can be adjusted to the length you require thanks to the d-ring metal buckles. Shortening the strap can help to deepen poses, improving flexibility but also helping to stretch the body.
