Use this was just as you would use your ordinary body wash; simply massage into damp skin and rinse with warm water. You don’t have to avoid your intimate skin as it’s suitable for all skin types, even sensitive skin. However, this is for external use only as the vagina (internal passage) is self cleaning.

It’s recommended that you patch test on the inside of your arm 24 hours before use.
